Rental Terms & Conditions

By renting a dumpster or dump trailer from True American Dumpsters, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Rental Period

Rental periods begin on the scheduled delivery date and include the number of days selected at booking. Extensions may be available upon request and are subject to additional fees.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at the time of online booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional charges for overweight loads, extended rental periods, prohibited materials, or damage will be billed after pickup.

Weight Limits & Overages

Each rental includes a specified weight allowance. Any weight exceeding the included limit will be charged at the current overage rate per ton.

Placement & Access

The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and legal placement of the dumpster or trailer. Clear access must be provided for delivery and pickup. We are not responsible for surface damage to driveways, lawns, or pavement.

Damage & Liability

Customers are responsible for damage caused by improper loading, relocation, or misuse of the equipment. True American Dumpsters is not liable for damage caused by third parties.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to delivery. Late cancellations may result in a service fee.

Acceptance of Terms

Booking a rental constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
