Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled delivery will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and dispatch costs.
Same-day cancellations or failed deliveries (due to blocked access, improper placement instructions, or site inaccessibility) are non-refundable.
